More focusing in nurture the customers’ business by retain and grow customer additional business, increase share of wallet from existing customer
- Maintains and develop relationship with customer and their affiliate by conducting joints visits with Product, IBDM.
- Assesses the type and size of customer needs and recommends solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge
- Closes business connecting a customer need with a DHL solution and the value it may create for the customer
- Collects relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations (SLA's & SOP's)
- Creating, analyzing and manage customer inquiry and quotation
- Maintaining QuoteShop data quality and administration
- Follow up customer for rate acceptance and checking on quotation or rate template accept by customer
- Maintaining customer data in Sales system by submitting the information to Sales Steering.
- Transfers potential new Business Customer to Field Sales Specialist
- Manage customer booking: Follow up and communicate customer order confirmation (SI) with customer and oversea including send instruction to Operation and Overseas Team to execute customer booking/shipment
- Updated shipment status to Customer and Overseas
- Provide the irregularity from Operation to Customers if required
- Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations, and participate in their programs
