Business Development Manager

Task & Responsibilities:
- Responsible in expanding business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and identifying growth strategies based on ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) and OEM business models (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
- Business Development Manager Task:
- Market research: Identify market opportunities and latest trends in the industry that match the company's design and production capabilities.
- Identification of potential customers: Search for clients or brands that need product design services and have the potential to engage with ODM companies.
- Contract negotiation: Negotiate with potential clients to reach agreement on product design projects.
- Relationship development: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as maintain good communication.
- Financial analysis: Evaluate potential projects in terms of profits and losses, and develop profitable business models.
- Development of Sales Strategy: Develop sales and marketing strategies based on ODM and OEM (Private Label) business models to increase the company's market share.
- S1 Master of Business Administration/Marketing
- Experience in Marketing and B2B Business Development (Maclon/Private Label) at least 2 years
- Understand regulations related to business development in line with the core of the company’s business.
- Love the world of sales/marketing
- Have high self-confidence
- Communicative, persuasive, easy to adapt
- Familiar with high job goals and dedication
- Proficiency in English preferably
- Able to build relationships with clients
- Careful Presetation and persuasion to Customer/Client
