**BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVES**
**FUNCTION**: Trade Marketing
**LOCATION**:Jakarta, Indonesia
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
You are responsible for volume Sell out and stock availability in horeca, vapestore and new channel. 100% fulfilment of volume target, Mix/SKU priority follow monthly plan in Territory Repsentative scope and Call Visit fulfilment for active Customer **>= 95%**, also Perform Cycle Activity programs.

**REPORTING LEVEL**:Individual Contributor
**GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE**: Local
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- 100% fulfilment of volume target, Mix/SKU priority follow monthly plan in Territory Representative scope
- KPI to follow monthly plan
- Visit **KA, Vapestore, HoReCa and new channel **for outlet internal survey to ensure stock availability for SKUs as per Cycle Instruction
- Visit **Wholesale C **for outlet internal survey and inform WS regarding ongoing program in retail outlets to ensure stock availability for SKUs
- Deploy POSM & Merchandising, Gather information through internal survey on competitor activities and update to Territory Officer
- Recruit potential new channel outlet
- Build strong relationships by regularly connecting with store owners and staff.
- Provide proof of Control: (photos with outlet staff/owner)
- Activate program in outlets based on Cycle Instruction
- 100% fulfilment of KPI target for Cycle Activity (based on monthly plan)
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor Degree / Fresh Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or business-related fields
- Max 1 year of professional experience preferably has past experience in event management, hotel, cafe, restaurant and negotiation-skill related work; organizing event; or communication and negotiation-skill related work will be a plus point
- Preferably understand Vapour / E-cigarette market
- Fundamental skill in Identification and Solving, Leadership, Negotiation, Sales & Distribution, Communication Skill
- Exposure to a multi-national and cross-functional work environment is a plus
- Ability to collaborate and work optimally through relationships, persuasion, and influence
- Having fair commercial competence and sense of deep personal responsibility for the organization's success
- Possess a valid SIM C
- Preferably domicile in Jakarta, Bandung, Bali
