Business Development Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales (Key Focus)**:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for TikTok advertising solutions.
- Develop and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and media plans to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations and agencies.
**Campaign Strategy & Execution**:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and translate them into effective TikTok campaigns.
- Provide guidance on best practices, trends, and innovative strategies for leveraging TikTok as a marketing platform.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaigns.
**Market Analysis & Reporting**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the digital and social media landscape.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and client feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth based on market analysis.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Leverage existing relationships in the media and advertising space to expand business opportunities.
**Qualifications and Experience:Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 3+ years of experience in TikTok sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Additional experience in media sales or agency services sales is a strong added advantage.
- Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly within Indonesia.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s advertising platform, features, and analytics.
- Ability to develop creative solutions and adapt to client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Key Competencies**:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
