**Assistant Manager, Culture**

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

As the **Assistant Manager, Culture **in Indonesia, you will actively drive awareness and commitment to the strategic direction of Capital A among Allstars by promoting adoption and alignment of Allstar culture and values. In collaboration with the extended team, you will also develop engagement initiatives to support the wellbeing and recognition of Allstars based in Indonesia.

**The Opportunity**

In Capital A, we believe in empowering our people hence you will lead, develop and drive effective engagement initiatives for both our airlines and digital businesses to improve employee engagement through various programmes and active communication channels such as townhalls, internal engagement events, activities, or other ad-hoc projects to foster the Allstar values and culture. These are just a few examples to lead with but we do not limit ourselves because the sky's the limit If you are a passionate individual who would shoot for the stars with your engagement ideas, you’ll fit right in.

Besides ideation, you will oversee the employee communication platforms to drive effective and impactful delivery. You will proactively work towards enhancing the communication channel as you will partner with the CEO & HODs to shape compelling and consistent messaging communicated to employees in the company.

We think nurturing our Culture & Allstar Values begins from the very first day an employee joins Capital A hence your focus will include projects and initiatives that covers various experiences such as Onboarding, employee engagement feedback, employee wellbeing, recognition programmes, employer branding etc.

As we have mentioned above, new ways of working are critical to realising the impact that we envision this Manager to create across the organization. You will be given the opportunity to shape, be a role model, promote the culture and values that would take the company culture to a whole new level.

**Your background**
- have 3-5 years experience in culture and employee engagement management.
- proven track record of driving employee engagement in embracing the company culture & values.
- experienced in developing initiatives followed by leading the execution of a programme/initiative.
- familiar with employee onboarding stages in creating a program that is world class.
- have communications experience including multi-media, written, verbal, executive/employee presentations and facilitation and be a programme designer with experience of improving employee communication, employee engagement and culture changes.
- prior experience of partnering with C-Level executives in delivering messages to employees.
