- Organize all activities carried out by HR starting from onboarding to exit clearances
- Taking an active role in managing the recruitment and selection process through an internal recruitment model to sourcing and advise best practice recruitment techniques to hiring managers.
- Coordinating training and developing high performance and employee engagement
- Develop and implement people and culture frameworks and strategies to facilitate continuous improvements
- Conduct performance and salary reviews while pro-actively managing absenteeism, annual leave balances and performance issues in line with People and Culture guidelines
- Observe all existing KPI
- Improving HR systems for employee records, including payroll
- Lead competitive market research to establish appropriate pay practices and ranges that help recruit and retain key employees
- Creating an Organizational Structure that is in accordance with HR science
- Develop and ensure successful implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and processes ensuring that they are legislatively compliant and reflective of current best practice. For example: employment standards and current legislation
- Partner with management to communicate people policies, procedures and programs
- Implement and perform all aspects of work in accordance with the Framework
- 4-7 years Experience in a senior HR Management Role, with proven experience in leading cross functional, multi-cultural teams through transformational change
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- HR Certifications & Experience with Automated HR Systems will be an advantage
- Be a true people person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Age range = 28 - 35 years
- Strong relationship building skills to ensure a healthy high performing team is maintained
- Highly organized, innovative and able to show initiative
- Proactive approach to your work with the ability to self-start and self-manage
- Strong in recruitment and talent sourcing
- Knowledge of industry policies and procedures, including employment laws
- Focus on improving process’s and implanting positive long term change
- Familiar in with Business Process on IT consulting - Able to work under pressure and deadline oriented
