We are looking for a Human Resources Manager, a seasoned professional, someone to lead our human resources team to the next level, embracing HRIS automation, identifying efficiencies in the HR routine processes whilst providing to employees and management a deeper, fuller support experience, ensuring we attract and retain the best people for years to come.

**Mission**:
The **Head of HR** is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities of the company and leading the HR team. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Partners Division, this role is based in Jakarta and is responsible for HR throughout the Asia region. The role has 4 to 5 direct reports in Indonesia and the region.

Accountable for delivering all routine HR related requirements including recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee database, employment statutory requirements, head count management and planning, employee relations, employee engagement, performance assessment, promotion, talent management, training, people development, retention, succession planning, corporate social responsibility, whilst leading HR strategy and transformation projects of automation, digitalization and employer branding.

To further develop the HR strategy, lead and direct the daily HR activities and establish the long-term priorities for HR in the company throughout the Asia region.

To set and adjust HR goals based on a deep understanding of employee and company needs in the context of each affiliate to ensure a consistent, high standard of human capital and improved retention through planning, execution and management of a dedicated team.

To measure department performance, monitor key performance indicators and deliver on performance targets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Strategy

Ensure the HR strategy is updated, valid, appropriate and effective in meeting the human capital needs of the company now and in the future.

Ensure technical methodologies and policies for HR are up-to-date, appropriate and implemented throughout the organisation.

Design and develop improvements to the way HR services are delivered in the company.

Communicate an annual HR Department plan with monthly, quarterly and annual objectives and targets.

Establish the overall headcount plan for current and future needs.

Propose plans for Employer Branding strategy.

2. Team Leadership

**Lead, train, guide, mentor and inspire HR team**.

Ensure strong, clear coordination and communication within the team.

Set individual objectives and monitor progress.

Equip and train the team to be able to reach objectives.

Recruit high calibre team members as needed from time to time.
- 3. Automation, Digitalisation

**Finalise HRIS project in progress.**

Continuous improvement in all areas of the HR administrative process and identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation, implement solutions.

Implement **MiHCM HRIS & Payroll **unified solution addressing areas such as employee database, employee profile, data management, agreement management, document management, payroll and payslips, compensation and benefits records, leave and absence management, employee self-service, organisation charts, time attendance, employment status changes, mobile access platforms, reporting.

LMS - Learning Management System - **Integrity Academy**: NEO new employee orientation program, material, content, implementation and monitoring

Maintain and improve other solutions for Talent Management including individual performance assessment, promotion, high potential identification and management, people development, retention, employee engagement, employee awards, employee benefits programs, community involvement programs, off-boarding, etc.

4. Recruitment & Selection, On-boarding

**Successfully recruit **managers, supervisors and key specialists as a priority

Develop and implement a headcount plan that meets the human capital needs of the company in a timely manner.

Design, execute and manage recruitment and selection processes to deliver quality new talent on-boarded on time.
