Future Ready Academy is a leading Singapore headquartered training institution dedicated to preparing the future-ready generation in the increasingly digital world of AI, robotics and coding across Southeast Asia.

We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

We are seeking a Business Development Executive who can support our team in maintaining and retaining our current and future partnership clients. In this role, you’ll identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, and encourage existing clients to buy newly added products or features.

We’re looking for someone results-driven in business development, has the ability to build solid relationships, and can recognize possibilities to drive growth and success. The ideal applicant possesses strong communication skills, a strategic approach, and the ability to work successfully with both clients and internal teams to create meaningful outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Researching to find and connect with prospective clients.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing new sales strategies to grow the business.
- Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports.
- Negotiating with clients to secure deals at attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and making necessary changes.
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects

Requirements and Skills
- Have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in Education related fields.
- Existing networks with schools and corporations are highly desirable.
- Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Are a great deal negotiator with significant successes under your belt.
- Have a high level of perseverance, always learning and adapting.
- Have a “Can-do” attitude and be committed to making things happen.
- Is a critical thinker and problem-solver.
