**Responsibilities**:

- Scope, plan and lead projects to setup cross-border solutions packages from Shipper’s multiple services to drive via Sales team outside Indonesia
- Identify problems, recommend solutions and support tailoring solutions to fit market needs outside Indonesia by in-depth understanding of clients, competitors & company
- Support the Sales teams outside Indonesia in closing key clients, with required support on commercial / operational customization needed
- Solve issues and streamline internal processes to minimize administrative load and maximize productive acquisition / retention by the Sales teams
- Enable all aspects of the sales process in collaboration with other departments - such as VAS, capability building, performance reporting, marketing materials, etc.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Business, Management or related field
- 5 years of experience in Sales / Sales Operations / Solutions Design
- Have experience in procedure, regulation and documentation of export/import (PIB, PEB, BL, COD, customs clearance, etc.) at least 2+ years
- ** Ability to speak Mandarin (Chinese) & English**:

- Proficiency in MS office and CRM/Sales Enablement Tools
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Attention to detail and exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
