The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of all marketing programs for Western Digital products for Indonesia, based in Jakarta. They will work directly with Western Digital Distributors, Retailers, Etailers, VARs, System Integrators, Alliance Partners and vendors/marketing agencies to help drive demand and brand mindshare within the given budget.

**Responsibilities**:
- Planning and management of Indonesia channel marketing MDF budget, creating marketing plans that align with business and marketing goals.
- Support the Sales Organization and Business Units by implementing marketing programs & activities that will help achieve sales targets, market share and brand mind share. This includes effective marketing programs for Retailer/Reseller/SI, Distributor and etailer accounts to promote sell through.
- Develop bundles and joint marketing activities with other manufacturers to create value added programs.
- Manage/creation and placement of channel advertising when needed, both online and offline.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all channel partners and cross functional teams such as Western Digital sales, product marketing, business operations, PR and digital marketing.
- Be updated with market conditions, trends and competitive environment.
- Understand supply and demand with key channel partners.
- Complete assigned projects, reports, results & analysis as needed.
- Program measurement and ROI analysis on all relevant marketing programs.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure consistent and accurate product and brand messaging being used in all relevant collaterals, including that by Channel partners.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines and policies, including brand guidelines and MDF policies. Track MDF budget & spending.
- Handing in reports in a timely fashion.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent
- 8+ years of relevant experience. Experience in channel or field marketing strongly preferred.
- Technology hardware industry experience is an advantage
- Aptitude to understand hard drive/flash drive technologies
- Good knowledge of market research disciplines
- Good knowledge of business plan disciplines
- Clearly communicate in verbal and written forms (English is a must)
