**Role Overview**:
The Channel Account Manager will build and promote the company’s position as the worldwide security leader in Technology that provides broad, integrated and automated cybersecurity solutions, specifically through the partners community within the assigned territory. Must be a key contributor to the revenue growth of the country region, and manage the company growth targets. Accountable for managing all reseller partnerships the guidelines of Fortinet’s partner programs within the geographic territory, spearheading new business development with assigned channel partners.

Will motivate, educate and train the partners in the Company’s products and technologies. Expand sales with by building business plans including MDF strategy, account penetration strategy and profitability targets. The Channel Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales, revenue and partner recruitment objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage key Fortinet partners in Indonesia.
- Increase Fortinet share of wallet on partners.
- Achieving Target.
- Regular and persistent visit.
- Partner profiling and mapping.
- Business Plan.
- Pipeline monitoring and review.
- Manage and develop partners in Indonesia as an overlay to existing MAM across industries.
- Develop strategic relationships with professional services companies.
- Build revenue and non-revenue business plans to mutually agree with business objective.
- Address any satisfaction issues / requests in a timely manner.
- Lead and demand generation activities.
- Partner certification and specialization.
- Develop program, campaign and promo.
- Provide ongoing sales and technical training to these partners.
- Build marketing plans and positive working relationship to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues.
- Act as key channel strategist.
- Partnering, collaborating and coordinating with Fortinet’s marketing, channel, ISR, SE and engineer teams to drive revenue growth.
- Carry quarterly and annual revenue targets/quota.
- Manage end to end channel process.
- Manage personal forecast for sales management.
- SFDC, Clari and Tableau Management and Cadence.
- Resolve issues and conflicts.
- Perform business reviews and recommend improvements for these partners.
- Pro-actively generate, compose report and info to supervisor and Fortinet, on regular and consistent basis.
- Monitoring and Reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Working experiences in Indonesia based at least 5 years as a Channel preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good character and attitude with integrity.
- Previous experience includes successful recruitment and developing partners, designing business plans, business review and market strategies with partners.
- Forward thinking and has an expert understanding of the technology business sector.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and its use in the market preferred.
- Familiar with Fortinet’s products and services preferred.
- Previous experience in network security.
- Knowledgeable in the following technologies VPN, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Intrusion Prevention, and Content Filtering is preferred but not necessary.
- Good presentation skills.
- Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all level of staff.
- Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up.
- Be self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with good attitude.
- Able to work in flexible time, due to urgency in meeting with clients.
- Have effective and good communication skills both orally and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ready for special/additional assignment.
- Team player.
- Responsible and Accountable.
