- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien dengan sikap yang ramah, tenang, dan telaten, serta memastikan bahwa kebutuhan klien dipahami dengan baik dan dieksekusi dengan benar.
- Mencatat secara detail setiap permintaan klien ke dalam sistem manajemen rekap, memastikan transparansi dan keterampilan dokumentasi yang baik.
- Memahami prioritas tim dan mengkoordinasikan tugas harian sesuai dengan tingkat prioritas, bekerjasama dengan tim untuk mencapai deliverable yang diharapkan oleh klien.
- Memantau progres pelaksanaan setiap permintaan klien oleh tim produksi, memastikan bahwa layanan terpenuhi tepat waktu sesuai dengan KPI dan prosedur yang ditetapkan.
- Bertanggung jawab atas kontrol kualitas dan pemeriksaan kualitas terhadap hasil akhir sebelum dikirimkan kepada klien, memastikan bahwa semua deliverable memenuhi standar kualitas dan spesifikasi yang diinginkan oleh klien.
- Melakukan monitoring terhadap kepuasan klien terkait semua permintaan yang telah diproses, memastikan bahwa setiap permintaan telah ditindaklanjuti dengan baik dan memuaskan.
- Bersedia bekerja dalam tim dengan target deadline yang ketat.
- Merancang jadwal kunjungan proyek, memastikan semua kegiatan administratif terkait kunjungan berjalan lancar.

**Kualifikasi**:

- Lulusan S1/D3 jurusan pemasaran, periklanan, hubungan masyarakat, atau bidang yang relevan.
- Pengalaman kerja selama 1-2 tahun di bidang terkait dianggap nilai tambah.
- Fresh graduate are welcome, namun harus bersedia menjalani kontrak selama 2 tahun.
- Detail oriented, terorganisir, dan perfeksionis dalam bekerja.
- Kreatif, energik, dan rendah hati dengan motivasi belajar dan berkembang.
- Dapat dipercaya, tegas dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik.
- Memiliki strong monitoring skill, high initiative performer, strategic & systemic mindset.
- Loyal dan berdedikasi terhadap perusahaan.
- Memiliki kemampuan bahasa inggris yang baik.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Denpasar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
