In this role we expect you to exhibit high emotional intelligence and integrity at all times as you establish your role as a true consultative business partner to our clients.

**What you will do**:

- Advocate for the value of programmatic advertising in industry events and client meetings in Indonesia
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Deepen and expand existing relationships in Indonesia
- Explore, identify and close new business in Indonesia
- Define & execute strategies and action plans to achieve annual revenue goals
- Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with senior leadership
- Collaborate with Client Services to identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs
- Communicate the value of our media buying platform by walking through detailed demonstrations of the product
- Participate in product road map, build out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering
- Take lead in responding to RFPs on opportunities, including qualification & win strategy
- Coordinate global account discussions and take lead for local activation

**Who you are**:

- At least 10 years of experience in advertising sales. Television/ Video/ OTT ad sales experience is preferred
- Proven track record of sales excellence in building and closing a new business pipeline
- Strong negotiator and excellent communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
- Existing relationships with decision-makers at Brand and Agency Clients
