Senior Channel Manager

Our client is a leading global provider of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. It designs, develops and sells telecommunications equipment, consumer electronics and various smart devices, and has deployed its products and services in more than 170 countries.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Gender: Male/Female
- Degree: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other ICT related majors
- Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in ICT industry, especially in Channel Sales, for at least 3 years
**Job Descriptions**:
- Deeply understand business requirement and needs, provide comprehensive solutions to support the channel business growth and solve the business pain points
- Willing to grow with, and support enterprise business success in Indonesia Market
- Partner Developing: Responsible for developing, recruiting partners to support healthy growth of the business
- Partner Planning: Develop long term business plan for the client and its partners in Indonesia market through good understanding of their respective businesses. Help partners with an annual joint business plan for both sales performance achievement and capability improvement target.
- Partner Performance Management: Support partners to achieve sales targets as well as strategic targets (including but not limited to: gaining the key person’s support in partner with excellent relationship management, professionally act as a bridge between partner and all related internal teams, etc). Conduct and leverage resources to support partners to improve sales performance if necessary.
- Partner Capabilities Improvement: Analyze the gap between the client's business requirements and the capabilities of its partners, and make and organize resources to deliver comprehensive improvement solutions.
- Partner Satisfaction Management: Be responsible for partner satisfaction improvement, including but not limited to: handling channel conflicts/complaints/action plan follow up, etc.
- Other partner business related issues assigned by supervisor.
- Fluent in English
- Profound knowledge in partner development, performance management, partner satisfaction management, and other related activities
- Profound knowledge in mainstream Indonesia partners and customers
- Work experience with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba (HPE network) is preferred
**Salary**: From Rp40,000,000 per month
