Department Overview Indonesia Channel Sales
**Job Description**:
Manages Channel Sales Teams responsible for achieving both sales and order financial plan performance for both the buysell and manufacture representative sleeves of the twoway radio business by leveraging the indirect channel partner ecosystem. Responsible for the overall makeup of the channel which includes but not limited to recruitment of new partners andor modifying existing channel partners territories, cancellation of under performing channel partners, training and mentoring of channel partners salessupport resources. Establish strong business relationships with channel partners. Develop business and marketing plans to insure growth of the channel partners and the channel as a whole. Drive key Motorola Solutions initiatives through the channel while conducting formal business reviews and on a quarterly basis, present a formal territory business review to peers and channel management.
Basic Requirements
