Administer the company licenses, permits and association certificates
- Arrange the submission of job tender and quotation
- Ensure all company licenses, permits and association certificates are up to date
- Maintain the regulatory file systems to assure clear traceability
- Perform other duties as requested
- Monitoring company legal documents
- Support presales team in preparing the quotation for client
- Archive all important company documents
- Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to ensure the completeness of administrative documents
- Conduct evaluation and selection in finding suppliers or vendors
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 1 years experience in dealing with formalities (esp: Telecommunication / Mechanical Engineering company)
- Good communication and Negotiation skill
- Able to administer the company licenses and permits
- Able to administer job tender submission and quotation
- Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines
- Have knowledge about tender
