**Responsibilities**
- Develop Industrial Relation policy, procedure and initiatives
- Industrial Relation audit
- Responsible to manage Industrial Relation activities (Sosialisasi Peraturan Perusahaan, Surat Peringatan, etc)
- Manage and investigate employment cases (fraud, indisciplinary, performance issue, etc)
- Maintain relationship with external and government agencies

**Requirements**:

- Min. bachelor of law
- Min. 4 years of professional Industrial Relations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Thorough understanding of legal and regulatory environment in HR
- Thorough understanding of negotiation techniques.
- Thorough understanding of dispute resolution and compensation administration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
