Responsible for end-to-end Industrial Relations and Employee Relations in the Company. To ensure good governance of the Labor Law and Company Policy. This role will be responsible to create a harmonic workplace through effective communication and interactions involving employees, Company, external parties, and relevant government bodies.

**What you’ll do: (Job Responsibility)**:

- Provide necessary advice on Industrial Relations matters
- Recommend and ensure sanction for misconduct which includes verbal warning, warning letter, termination
- Handle Employee Grievance and whistle blower
- Conduct case investigation
- Represent Company in any Industrial Relations events, including negotiation process
- Manage relationship with government bodies, including Ministry of Manpower, Industrial Court
- Handle related administration and documentation, such as Joint Agreement, Warning Letter
- Ensure compliance on the Labor Law and Company Policy
- Manage the Company Policy renewal
- Update any changes on the applicable Labor Law
- Develop, review, collect, and document HR Policies/Processes/Standard Operation Procedures from hiring to termination
- Ensuring the (HR) employees are knowledgeable about compliance
- Maintain good relationship with the Manpower OS vendors
- Extend any necessary information to each vendor, including if any sanction to its employees
- Ensure the compliance of each vendor to the applicable Labor Law and regulations
- Partly responsible for the B2B agreement between vendor and Company, such as CAS and PKS
- Consistently monitor and review the performance of the vendor
- Actively involve in employee engagement and employee well being activities/program
- Manage dispute resolutions involving employees

**You’ll be great for this role if: (Requirement)**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in law or Psychology is preferred
- Good understanding in Indonesia Labor Law and Regulations
- Good command in English
- MS Office skill (word, excel, ppt)
- Possess analytical skill
- Able to influence and mediate
- Self-motivated, have initiative, well organized
- IR certification is preferred
- Minimum 5 years working in the similar role or 3 years as an IR Specialist in the manufacturing environment, with Labor Union
