**About the role**
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Development Manager who is passionate about our mission to help millions of parents in Indonesia. This role will be responsible to create the sales engagement and negotiation process to drive growth across a sales territory with agencies and direct clients
- Build relationships with key agencies and clients in the media and digital sector
- Understand and identify client advertising needs through account planning and profiling
- Elaborate strategic and innovative proposals to help our partners
- Become a strategic advisor for clients and agencies in the parent industry
- Work closely with the Heads of other divisions to create innovative and creative proposals for our clients
**What are we looking for**
- Work experience as Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Account Director, preferably within the media and digital landscape
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Sales experience in digital media
- Strong network and relationships in the advertising industry
- Experience running proposals and pitches for brands and agencies
- Analytical and strategic thinker who is following industry trends and opportunities
- Good communication and presentation skills
