**About the Opportunity**

We’re looking for a skilled, experienced, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Jakarta team, supporting Micromine’s continuous growth across the APAC region. This role will be instrumental in promoting our leading-edge Origin & Beyond software solutions.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you’ll use your expertise in business development and technical pre-sales to drive customer engagement and sales in Indonesia and surrounding markets. A background in geology or mine engineering would be highly advantageous.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
Identifying new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and driving sales growth for our Origin & Beyond products
- Cultivating and maintaining effective relationships with current clients
- Preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing
- Collaborating with Sales Operations, Technical and Finance to ensure smooth product delivery and client training
- Coordinating with internal teams, including management, product development, and operations, to meet proposal deadlines

**About You**

**Key skills, experience, and qualifications**:
Proven success in business development or technical pre-sales, ideally with mining software solutions or mining consulting
- Extensive experience and an established network within the mining industry
- Comfortable with regular travel to client sites in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia
- Strong communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
- A motivated, results-oriented approach to sales and business growth
