We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Pengembangan Bisnis Baru (Penjualan). As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our professional services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase sales and revenue, including market research and analysis, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality sales and marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
  4. Collaborate with the Program Development Manager to identify marketing strategy and roadmap, as well as establish networks and sales to potential companies, industry partners, and other prominent organizations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of senior staff level experience or equivalent in sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
