We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Operations Manager to join our team in Indonesia. Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring consistent brand presence and messaging.
  • Content Creation: Ideate, create, and publish engaging content that highlights the advantages of our products and technology. Collaborate with the planning team to align content with marketing activities and brand strategies.
  • Campaign Implementation: Plan and execute Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategies through social media channels to enhance brand image, increase brand preference, and boost product awareness.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze social media performance data and make data-driven adjustments to content strategies, optimizing for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and adjust content strategies to adapt to market changes, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Audience Engagement: Maintain active interaction with followers, promptly responding to feedback and inquiries to build a strong online community.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • For junior roles: A minimum of 1 year of experience in social media operations or a related field.
    • For senior roles: At least 3 years of experience in social media operations, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter (X), including their operation rules and best practices.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Language Proficiency: Native Bahasa speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills, capable of effective communication within a team setting.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the smartphone technology industry, with the ability to effectively convey the value of our products.
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in image and video editing is highly desirable.
