  • Cost Control: Prepare management reports and control hotel expenses to optimize financial performance.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff, including direct reports.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate direct reports and develop hotel business, participating in sales calls and promotions.
  • Property Maintenance: Ensure efficient property maintenance and prioritize hotel safety and security.

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma Degree
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience as a Hotel Manager
  • Experienced in the Hotel Industry
  • Experience in Sales, especially in the JABODETABEK Area
  • Fluent in English
