  • Develop and execute plans to achieve company objectives.
Prepare and submit monthly and special reports as required by management.Based at home in MedanManage order intake, sales budget, and customer payment collections.Foster and maintain customer relationships by visiting and meeting with key customer contacts to understand their evolving needs and evaluate our company's relationship with them.Collaborate with internal teams such as technical support and product sales to engage clients and audiences more effectively.Have an in-depth understanding of the business's product offerings, technical analysis, and value propositions.Adhere to organizational policies and regulations affecting the sales department.Oversee the recruitment, training, and dismissal of department staff.Actively seek out new projects, business ventures, and sales opportunities.Provide innovative and customized solutions to client and customer issues.Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting company values.Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, revenue data, and accurate forecasts to the management team.Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.Ensure all staff understand the quality policy related to K3 and the environment.Identify environmental aspects and K3 hazards, evaluate their significance, and implement control mechanisms.Ensure the implementation of environmental and K3 hazard controls through the environmental management system and K3 within the working area and department.Be willing to travel.

The Successful Applicant



Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Experience:Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management or a senior sales engineering role.Experience in selling sealing or similar products Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team.

Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of business products, technical analysis, and value proposition.Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presenting to management.

Other Requirements:Ability to travel as required.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative sales solutions.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.Must be based in or willing to relocate to Medan Able to converse professionally in English
