To manage the daily operations of all these stores in the Sumatera region.
- Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, finance, stock, operation, and ration to ensure the store complies with the policy.
- To achieve the set sales estimates.
- Safeguard company asset
- Visiting individual stores of the company and reviewing the performance and operations of each store.
- Depending on the performance of the store, the district manager has the authority to manage recruitment in each store.
- Ensuring that all the stores are working towards higher profitability.
- Checking the financial details of each store and ensuring that they are in order.
- Ensuring that all stores are adhering to and working as per company policies.
- Provide troubleshooting solutions to stores in times of problem.
- Suggesting the locations for opening new stores and closures of existing stores.
- Monitoring and Reporting to the store's operations manager about the performance of each store.
- Minimum of 4 -6 years experience as a Retail operation manager, Store Manager, Sales Manager, or related field.
- Has a background in retail, Apparel Fashion, and FnB - related industries.
- Fluent communication in English (Written / Verbally)
- Excellent analytical and observation skills in order to study the functioning of stores.
- Ability to use the comparative store report as a tool to improve the business in each store.
- Ability to travel long distances to visit stores.
- Sound knowledge of the working policies, rules, and regulations of the company
- Sound knowledge about sales and marketing strategies.
- Creativity to think up new plans to increase the productivity of the stores.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Sales, and Marketing
- Excellent management capabilities.
- Placement: Sumatra Region
