Drive improvement in proposal process. Improved turn-around time. Manage quotation database and provide analysis to management. Work with finance, operation & SSC teams to coordinate production planning & deliveriesSet and track sales targets and KPIs. Ensure sales, finance, budget, legal policies and procedures are met. Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical/Industry) or related fields and professional qualification in Sales & Marketing is an advantageProven experience in sales with thorough knowledge of sales principles, product or service management, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performanceExperience in commercial/sales environment and a solid technical knowledgeAbility to manage several project at the same timeAble to read technical drawing/designComputer literate, CRM KnowledgeExcellent in interpersonal, team management, presentation & communication skillsStrong analytical, organizational mand negotiation skillsPreferably live in Jakarta or would like to work in JakartaPlacement in Slipi, West Jakarta
