**Job Deskripsi**
Our value client is a solution provider for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) activities need Inside Sales Engineer located in Grand Kota Bintang, Bekasi, West Java.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and understand clients’ MRO needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, focusing on revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with principals,
- field sales, technical and customer service teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of MRO solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance in our CRM system.

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Male, max 28 years old
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the MRO or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of MRO products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex MRO solutions.

**Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.**
