We are seeking Inside Sales based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
**What you will do**:
Responsible account lead for selected A & AA customer base including installed base and proactively works with customers to identify their short-term needs, focusing on existing products.
Responsible for standard quoting and offering, utilizing network of stakeholders to create and present the correct offer to the customer that fulfills their needs and requirements, winning the sales case and secure PO.
Responsible for building and growing sales funnel through analyzed customer data (sales history, IB and equipment aging, visit reports)
Responsible for lead process in MA, including handling pre-sales qualification in lead process.
Follows up quotations and proposals to secure sales and transfer larger value cases to regional sales responsible.
Completes required sales handover documentation and ensures won deal is properly set into progress in services delivery processes.
Ensures compliance with sales process, proposal and risk management procedures > thorough utilization of CRM tool for customer event logging is a must
Ensures product news communication to the customers as well as product and delivery feedback back to the organization.
Ensure Account data is up-to-date in CRM systems
**Who you are**:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience using SAP & Salesforce
Able to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders
Proven customer handling skills and a customer satisfaction focus
Detailed understanding of quotation and order fulfillment processes
Working knowledge of verbal and written English
Basic understanding of relevant technologies
Ability to travel to mine sites if required
