Job responsibilities
- To support on the team and all sales related activities in APAC directly / indirectly from Upstream to Downstream of any Sales Process in order to grow our F&B business in APAC faster & bigger.
- The sales activities include Marketing-Promotion-Engagement-Creating Lead/Opportunity-Sales-Service from aspects of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Development, Service.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Tertiary education in engineering or business. (Biotechnology preferred)
- Sales / Engineering experience.
- Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
- Motivated, Aggressive, Competitive, High Energy, Independent Sales Professional.
- Able to establish rapport and influence.
- Strong ‘building-relation’ and negotiation skills.
- High resilience and able to handle rejection.
- Proficient in Microsoft office software (Excel, PPT, Outlook and Word).
- Team spirit to work together with the team for the team by the team.
- Compliance with instruction, guidance, strategy, policy.
- Quick learner of new culture and different environment.
- CRM Dynamic software will be an advantage.
- Respect diversity and Work effectively/efficiently in diversified culture.
- English knowledge.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Tertiary education in engineering or business. (Biotechnology preferred)
- Sales / Engineering experience.
