Talent Acquisition Management is responsible for the implementation of the talent acquisition strategy and the achievement of recruitment and talent acquisition goals. They collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide coaching and leadership with the objective of enabling their teams to achieve the talent acquisition strategy. They work with internal stakeholders to ensure that the execution of talent acquisition practices is in line with overall HR strategy. They are required to manage and co-ordinate the budget, compile reports and talent acquisition for the assigned business unit.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to determine projected headcount requirements for NTT ltd to achieve its growth and service strategy.
Observe external markets to identify talent and use the NTT ltd employee value proposition, corporate benefits and high-performance culture to generate interest in potential employment.
Collaborate with line managers when a new job opening occurs to help them identify the exact skills set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position and to advise generally on the best method to fill the position for best long term business results.
Maintain a master database of competencies, competency models by role and ensure that competency-based interview questions and guides are mapped to these roles.
Advise on the appropriate recruitment decisions based on the talent requirements of the company.
Drive consistency in NTT ltd talent acquisition practices to ensure a high quality of hire and to maximise retention of talent.
Establish relationships with the relevant recruitment partners and agencies.
Effectively manage a talent acquisition team and report on the team activities in the required forums.
Manage and co-ordinate the talent acquisition budget, compile reports and talent acquisition metrics.
Observe the external market by analysing recruitment/talent acquisition trends and recommend improvements to existing procedures, strategies and policies.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Display strong understanding of business talent requirements and solid recruitment and legislative knowledge
Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
Demonstrate coaching and mentoring skills
Practice two-way communication and display good verbal and written communication ability
Display an ability to exercise the appropriate discretion when working with confidential and sensitive matters and information
Display good attention to detail and able to manage work processes
Demonstrate the ability to present information accurately and clearly, engaging with a variety of audiences in the business
Display a good level of strategic thinking ability and good specialist knowledge
Individual should possess the ability to maintain integrity, display reliability and use well-developed interpersonal skills to interact with individuals across all levels in the business
Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with business leaders and team managers at a strategic and tactical level

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology

Required Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a similar talent acquisition position
Solid stakeholder engagement experience at all levels in the organisation
Solid previous experience operationally managing a team
Demonstrated experience dealing with labour legislation and excellent understanding of legalisation
