Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all restaurant outlets.

Develop and document standardized recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines.

Conduct regular taste tests and quality assessments to maintain high standards.

**3. Market & Trend Analysis**:
Conduct market research to identify emerging food trends and customer preferences.

Analyze competitor menus and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create seasonal and promotional menu items.

**4. Compliance & Food Safety**:
Ensure all new menu items comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Implement and enforce best practices in food handling, storage, and preparation.

Train kitchen staff on new recipes and proper cooking techniques.

**5. Collaboration & Training**:
Work closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and management to implement new menu items successfully.

Provide training sessions and workshops for kitchen teams on new recipes and techniques.
