Salary Range : 5 - 7 mio IDR

Reporting to : CEO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new food and beverage menu items aligned with the brand concept, including recipe testing and standardization of taste, presentation, and portion size.
  • Calculate and control COGS, evaluate ingredient efficiency, and ensure product pricing meets company targets.
  • Help create and finalize Standard Recipes (SR) and production SOPs to ensure consistent operational execution.
  • Conduct culinary trend research, competitor analysis, and product stability testing under various storage and preparation conditions.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Purchasing on ingredient selection and provide training to kitchen teams for new menu launches.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Food R&D, Product Development, or Culinary Innovation (preferably in F&B or restaurant industry).
  • Strong culinary knowledge and hands-on experience in recipe formulation, flavor profiling, and food preparation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of COGS calculation, food costing, and ingredient efficiency.
  • Ability to create clear SOPs, Standard Recipes, and kitchen documentation.
  • Familiar with food safety standards, storage methods, and quality control.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with culinary trends and consumer preferences.
