**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage performance of Desk Collection and ensure billing according to SOP.
- Develop strategies for collection to increase payment rates.
- Brief, coach, and motivate the team from time to time to reach the target.
- Negotiating the settlement of Tunaiku arrears.
- Minimize all kinds of risks that arise as a result of the billing process.
- Responsible for achieving the set targets.
- Coordinate with related units both internally and externally in carrying out strategies and achieving targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree of any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Collection Team Leader or Supervisor in the banking industry.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong experience in both Field and Desk collection.
- Strong experience in managing a team.
