Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency and bad debt
  • Monitor and review accounts to identity overdue payments and prioritize collection efforts
  • Handle escalated or complex collection cases and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and analyze collection reports and aging reports for management review
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing or payment disputes

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in collections
  • Strong knowledge of collection techniques, credit management, and debt recovery processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collection management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and results-oriented mindset
