  • Supervise and monitor the daily performance of the collection

  • Conduct regular coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.

  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies and process improvements.

  • Generate and analyze collection performance reports, identifying trends and improvement areas.

  • Uphold professional ethics, discipline, and team motivation to maintain a positive work environment.

  • Carry out the tasks assigned by the superior

  • Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and company policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in collection, credit management, fintech, or banking industry.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and motivating a team.

  • Strong knowledge of collection systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Familiarity with OJK regulations and compliance standards in the fintech/P2P lending sector.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and propose improvements.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual proficiency (Bahasa Indonesia & English/Mandarin) is an advantage.

  • High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism in managing collection activities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
