Job Requirements:

  • Experienced in Field and/or Desk Collection
  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
  • Owns a motorcycle and has a valid driving license
  • Willing to work mobile and conduct visits across Jabodetabek Area
  • Able to join immediately is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct direct collection visits to debtors (minimum 5 accounts per day)
  • Update collection platforms/management systems or debtor lists daily and ensure accurate documentation
  • Negotiate and maintain good relationships with debtors
  • Ensure payments are made according to billing schedules in the system
  • Maintain and improve daily productivity in line with targets
  • Ensure debtor data (address, phone number, employment status, etc.) is accurate and up to date
  • Submit daily visit reports to the Supervisor
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
  • Represent the company in civic or professional activities when required
