Qualifications


• Minimum 3 years' of experiences as retail buyer


• Having good relationship and networking in modern retail (Beauty care, Skin care, Personal care)


• Advance in MS Office, market research, data analyzing & forecasting tools


• Strong in numeracy skills, effective communication, negotiating, networking, computer competences, and problem solving.

Responsibility


• Constantly look for potential brands for for the modern retail chain and do analysis of the brands.


• Do buying preparation (prepare forecast, product plan/ buying for local production or Principal and article list)


• Analyse consumer buying patterns, customer respond, market trends to plan products range according to the company's brand image


• Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal and maintain trust relationships with suppliers to promote fair dealing


• Monitoring stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, including checking markdown template and execution


• Ensure the timeline of delivery product, create the initial products allocation plan to stores monthly, monitor sales and the inventory level


• Create reports on sales, budgets and customer satisfaction and adjust strategies accordingly
