We are looking for a driven and strategic **B2B Enterprise Sales Executive** to join our team and drive growth within medium and large-scale enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the complex needs of enterprise clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise clients across targeted industries.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts.
- Understand client business challenges and present relevant solutions that demonstrate ROI and value.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes from discovery to negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, marketing, and customer success to ensure client needs are met.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing models.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in enterprise-level deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience selling (Training Consultation., SaaS, digital solutions, Education consultant services)
