You will be responsible to support the expansion of **Voila.id**'s network through collaboration and partnerships by building, establishing and maintaining account relationships with brands and businesses.

**Job Descriptions**
- Strong ability to evaluate and identify potential partners based on business objectives and market needs for growth, including the potential risks.
- Initiate, negotiate and manage important partnership strategies, while considering ways to streamline business efficiencies
- Capable of producing regular reporting and preparing proposals and presentations based on company needs
- Monitor and deliver the execution of company's monthly activation
- Research consumer opinions & business strategies and propose adjustments to current strategies accordingly
- Work closely with other divisions (Design, Social Media, Warehouse, Offline, and Operation Team) to execute ongoing projects, both internal and external

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any major with related field, preferably in Business / Management / Marketing
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in the same field
- English proficiency is a must, both oral and written
- Excellent communication skills and ability to recognize the needs and concerns of internal stakeholders and navigate through them
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple end-to-end projects and identify critical milestones and resources to mobilize the internal team to deliver effectively
- Structured and organized individual with a strong business mindset, excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skill
- Interest in luxury fashion industry is a plus
