Business Development – MCN Campaign

Job Description:

  • Membangun, mengembangkan, dan menjaga hubungan
    kerja sama strategis dengan brand
    untuk kebutuhan campaign di MCN.
  • Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis dan melakukan pitching sesuai kebutuhan brand dan campaign.
  • Mengelola
    end-to-end proses kerjasama mulai dari prospek, negosiasi, hingga deal dan pelaksanaan campaign
    .
  • Berkoordinasi dengan internal team untuk memastikan campaign berjalan sesuai kesepakatan.
  • Membuat report dan evaluasi performa kerjasama brand secara berkala.
  • Mengembangkan database brand partner dan menjaga hubungan jangka panjang.

Requirements:

  • Pengalaman min. 1–2 tahun di bidang Business Development, Partnership, atau sejenisnya (lebih disukai dari
    agency/MCN/advertising/creative
    ).

Posisi ini kurang relevan untuk mereka yang berpengalaman di perusahaan Manufaktur, F&B, Retail, maupun Goverment.

  • Memiliki
    database brand atau network yang relevan dengan industri digital marketing/MCN.
  • Komunikasi dan public speaking yang sangat baik, baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia maupun Bahasa Inggris.
  • Mampu melakukan negosiasi dan deal closing dengan brand.
  • Result-oriented dengan kemampuan multitasking yang baik.
  • Memiliki etos kerja tinggi, proaktif, dan terbiasa bekerja di lingkungan yang cepat (agency pace).
  • Berorientasi pada target dan terbiasa dengan OKR/ KPI.
