Develop an end-to-end sales strategy; lead generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up, after sales etc.

  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Analyse and conduct research regularly on industry, market and competitors to stay updated on latest happenings
  • Identify, develop, and execute new strategies for business growth
  • Prepare sales pitches and proposals, and follow up with leads
  • Develops and refines negotiation and pitching strategies by keeping up to date with best practices
  • Identify client's challenges, business needs and objectives to structure proposals
  • Propose recommendations for structuring a well defined partnership deal for clients
  • Maintain Strong Client Relationships
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Identify business opportunity including partnership with complimentary businesses

**Requirements**

  • High English Proficiency (min IELTS 7)
  • S1 Engineering / Finance / Business Management
  • Min 2 years of sales experience in business development
  • In-depth understanding of construction / real estate
  • Exceptional and effective verbal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g clickup)
  • Proven ability to execute and close business deals
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Wide market knowledge
  • Familiar with a business plan
  • Highly motivated and has an outgoing personality
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Displayed ability to excel under pressure to hit sales targets

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

  • Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • S1 (preferred)
