**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within FMCG, preferably in premium chocolate, confectionery, or food service industry.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building long-term business relationships with modern trade, HORECA, or food service channels.
- Analytical mindset with ability to read market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with sales reporting and forecasting.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow key accounts in premium chocolate and food service segments, ensuring sustainable sales growth.
- Develop and execute account plans, including promotions, pricing, and distribution strategies.
- Build strong partnerships with buyers, distributors, and decision-makers in HORECA and modern trade channels.
- Negotiate annual contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements to optimize profitability.
- Monitor account performance, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of account strategies.
- Drive new product penetration and visibility in assigned channels.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for management review.
