Job Description:

Key Account Executive will manage and grow relationships with F&B merchants, ensuring strong commercial performance and excellent operational execution. This role focuses on helping merchants optimize their presence, increase sales, and deliver the best customer experience on the platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Content Optimization:
    Support merchants in improving store visuals, menu/product listings, and overall page quality to maximize conversions.
  • Promotional Strategy:
    Help plan and execute impactful promotional campaigns tailored to each merchant's goals and performance trends.
  • Ads & Exposure Management:
    Coordinate paid ads and platform exposure opportunities to enhance merchant visibility and traffic.
  • Customer Experience Improvement:
    Track refund and complaint patterns, providing insights and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management:
    Maintain strong communication with key F&B merchants to ensure smooth operations and identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Executive
    , specifically managing
    F&B merchants
    (mandatory).
  • Fluent in
    English
    is a must;
    Mandarin
    proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major; business, management, marketing, or e-business fields are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • High execution capability, fast learner, open-minded, and adaptable to new workflows.
  • Good understanding of Indonesia's F&B trends and online consumer behavior is a plus.
