Finance Manager

A prominent property investment and finance group, whose headquarters are based in Bali, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team immediately.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability.

Manage budgets and forecasts for development projects, aligning with strategic objectives. Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and prepare accurate financial reports for senior management.

Monitor project costs, lead the finance team, and liaise with stakeholders.

Oversee audits, tax planning, and compliance, and implement financial systems to enhance tracking and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or Finance (with GPA at least 3.30). MBA/Master degree is a plus.
- Minimum six years of experience in finance or accounting with three years in senior leadership, preferably from start-up or fast-paced industry.
- Ensure all the finance processes and reporting are aligned with local and tax regulations.
- Prepare and manage forecast, budget, cash flow and financial projection for management.
- Highly detail oriented, accurate and strong analytical of financial data and reporting.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Flexible with capability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines to facilitate well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organisation.
- Strong ability to solve real-time, abrupt problems by liaising with and/or escalating to multiple parties internally and externally.
- Proficiency in financial management software (Xero) & others dashboard management (Fathom, Monday, Databox).
- Strategic thinker with an understanding of financial regulations, real estate development, and construction industry dynamics.
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the development, management, and execution of the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Monitor financial performance against the budget, providing analysis and recommendations for cost control and financial improvements.
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making, supporting business objectives and growth plans.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and investments.
- Implement strategies to optimise cost control, improve profitability, and increase overall financial efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Delegate tasks effectively, providing training and support where necessary to ensure the team’s success.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial policies and procedures are integrated into business operations.
