We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Finance Controller** to join our dynamic team and help manage our financial operations.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the overall financial operations of the resort.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce financial risks.
- Conduct financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage the finance team, providing leadership and development opportunities.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
