About the role

Geniux Cleantech is seeking an experienced Finance Team Leader to join our team in our Sanur office. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes. This full-time position is a great opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our growing cleantech business while developing your leadership and accounting expertise.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with and supporting the Group Manager Finance to ensure all tasks are completed by the Finance team, such as;

  • Lead and support the AP, AR, and Procurement teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Oversee daily financial operations, maintaining strong controls and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage AR collections and resolve overdue accounts to support healthy cashflow.
  • Ensure timely and accurate AP and Procurement processing, maintaining good supplier relationships.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and review general ledger accuracy.
  • Assist with weekly cashflow forecasts and monthly financial reports for management insights.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and supplier data in Zoho and other finance systems.
  • Support treasury operations, including payments and transfers.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement across the finance function.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Team Leader with strong accounting knowledge and a passion for driving accuracy and efficiency. You'll be confident leading a small team, improving processes, and supporting day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

  • Accounting Degree and professional experience.
  • Proven experience leading or supervising a finance operations team (AP, AR, or Procurement).
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including reconciliations, general ledger accuracy, and financial reporting.
  • Solid understanding of cashflow management, working capital, and financial controls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and support team members.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience using Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting systems (highly regarded).
