- Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts based on thorough data analysis.
- Provide financial insights into profit and loss performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Oversee daily, monthly, and yearly bookkeeping activities.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and regulatory requirements.
- Manage general ledger activities, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Supervise month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.
- Conduct financial analyses to support decision-making and enhance profitability.
- Monitor budget adherence and recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Track cash flow and maintain sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Develop and implement financial controls to protect company assets and minimize loss.
- Identify potential financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support growth and operational improvements.
- Manage and maintain good working relationships with important stakeholders, represent company when leading meetings and deliver presentations with stakeholders and third parties

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 5 years (required)

**Language**:
