PT GRIDSERVE APAC Services, headquartered in Bali, Indonesia, is a service-based business that provides Digital Marketing, IT, MarTech and Customer Engagement services to international sustainable energy companies.

We require a dynamic, driven, and determined individual to lead and manage day to day finance and accounting activities, and increase the Company’s accuracy and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the daily activities of the finance & accounting department relating to recording, tracking, transactions, and financial information reporting.
- Handling of Cash, Bank, and Budget Management.
- Handling tax compliance, administration, and reporting duties.
- Coordinate with our external consultants in relation to outsourced finance and accounting services.
- Ensure that the department operates efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.
- Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensuring that all finance & accounting processes align with current financial legislation.
- Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance & accounting industry.
- Analysing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
- Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy and Environmental and Quality Management System (compliant with ISO 9001 and 14001).

**Skills/ Experience Required**:

- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Able to approach work with positive energy, integrity and honesty.
- Strong understanding of finance & accounting management principles, taxation and financial legislation.
- High level of leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to set up efficient workflow systems.
- Ability to delegate, supervise, and participate in finance & accounting departmental tasks.
- Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance & accounting management role.
- Excellent level of written and spoken English.
- Computer literate. Must be a proficient user of Microsoft suite of packages including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge about cryptocurrencies and block-chain technology would be a plus.
- Team player, innovative with sound judgement and solutions driven.
- The ability to foster self-motivation to achieve tight deadlines.
- Preferably currently residing in Bali.
