Job Summary:
A Finance & HR Manager Assistant is responsible for maintaining financial records and reports and must be familiar with all accounting procedures and ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions are running accurately and effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Accounting or Finance
- Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem solving
- Have a knowledge of Indonesia's Tax Regulation
- Able to Multitask, prioritize and organize efficiently
- Highly organized and keen on details
- Excellent skills in written and spoken in English
- Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali

Job Descriptions:

- Manage and update payroll information
- Maintain accounts by recording, identifying and verifying all financial transactions
- Ensure efficiency and accuracy of financial records
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures
- Reconcile cash and/or account balances complying with standard accounting practices
- Ensure compliance with data filing
- Ensure to be punctual to report monthly and yearly Tax Reports
- Reconcile business trip expenses, including all the reservations for the trip
- Ensure compliance of employee's insurance and other allowance
- Ensure compliance of Standard Operating Procedure for all departments

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
