**Get to know our Team**:
Growth Revenue Management is the demand growth engine for Grab, housed within Marketing. Work is interdisciplinary - the team focuses on growing demand efficiently, with projects covering overall strategy, ideation, experimentation and driving implementation of growth initiatives.
**Get to know the Role**:
Role is a balance of advanced analytics and stakeholder management - leading day-to-day coordination with Country Heads, Vertical Heads, Territory Heads, Country Marketing Heads on demand growth, while growing using data analyses to gain actionable insight e.g. revenue growth opportunities, demand spend optimization, customer strategy (acquisition, retention, cross/up-sell)
**The day-to-day activities**:
- Be the main go-to person for all growth-related strategy and activities
- Lead the analyses, problem solving, and performance monitoring of key growth metrics - both financials (e.g. GMV, Revenue, Promo cost, Gross Profit) and non financials (e.g. number of users, transactions, user productivity) on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Lead innovations to improve end-to-end user funnel, including but not limited to weekly promo design and user interface iterations
- Lead go-to market strategy development; collaborate with Marketing and Operations in campaign preparation & execution to ensure successful launch
- Collaborate with Data analytics to establish single source of truth for post-campaign evaluation
- Identify Product improvement opportunities, develop business case to ensure correct prioritization, and collaborate with Product teams on NPI development
**The must haves**:
- At least Bachelor’s degree from reputable University, preferably in Business Management / Finance / Engineering
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Prior experience and knowledge in SQL is a plus
- Strategic & analytical; able to problem solve in a structured manner
- Enthusiastic about working in fast-paced, tech-savvy environment
- Good communication skill in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels
